I s\u00e5danne tilf\u00e6lde anbefales det at kontakte den n\u00e6rmeste leder, HR, arbejdsmilj\u00f8repr\u00e6sentant og\/eller medarbejderrepr\u00e6sentant.<\/p><p>Det p\u00e5peges ogs\u00e5, at Simatek ikke har pligt til at f\u00f8lge op p\u00e5 rapporter, der er indsendt til virksomhedens whistleblowerordning, som ikke er d\u00e6kket af whistleblowerloven. Derfor vil du ikke v\u00e6re beskyttet af whistleblowerloven.
