pasar\u00e1 al Comprador a pesar de la entrega hasta que el Comprador haya pagado al Proveedor la totalidad del Producto junto con todas las sumas adeudadas por el Comprador al Proveedor en la fecha en que se realice el pago del Producto.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li>A la espera de la transferencia de la titularidad del Producto al Comprador, el Comprador almacenar\u00e1 el Producto de forma que sea f\u00e1cilmente identificable como propiedad del Proveedor.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li>Si antes de que la titularidad del Producto pase al Comprador, todo o parte del Producto se incorpora a otro art\u00edculo como parte de un proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n o ensamblaje, la propiedad del nuevo art\u00edculo creado ser\u00e1 compartida por el Comprador y el Proveedor en proporci\u00f3n al valor del Producto as\u00ed incorporado en comparaci\u00f3n con el valor de cualesquiera otros componentes utilizados para producir el nuevo art\u00edculo junto con los costes de fabricaci\u00f3n o ensamblaje. Tras el pago por el Comprador al Proveedor de conformidad con la cl\u00e1usula 1, la propiedad del nuevo art\u00edculo pasar\u00e1 al Comprador.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Para clientes con direcci\u00f3n de facturaci\u00f3n en Alemania<\/strong><br \/>Un alto nivel de servicio al cliente<\/p><ol><li>Der nachfolgend vereinbarte Eigentumsvorbehalt dient der Sicherung aller jeweils bestehenden derzeitigen und k\u00fcnftigen Forderungen des Verk\u00e4ufers gegen den K\u00e4ufer aus der zwischen den Vertragspartnern bestehenden Lieferbeziehung \u00fcber EUR xxxxxxxxx (einschlie\u00dflich Saldoforderungen aus einem auf diese Liefer-beziehung beschr\u00e4nkten Kontokorrentverh\u00e4ltnis).<br \/><br \/><\/li><li>Die vom Verk\u00e4ufer an den K\u00e4ufer gelieferte Ware bleibt bis zur vollst\u00e4ndigen Bezahlung aller gesicherten Forderungen Eigentum des Verk\u00e4ufers. Die Ware sowie die nach dieser Klausel an ihre Stelle tretende, vom Eigentumsvorbehalt erfasste Ware wird nachfolgend Vorbehaltsware genannt.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li>El cliente utiliza el software de gesti\u00f3n de clientes de forma gratuita para el cliente.\u00a0<br \/><br \/><\/li><li>Der K\u00e4ufer ist berechtigt, die Vorbehaltsware bis zum Eintritt des Verwertungsfalls (Absatz 9) im ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfen Gesch\u00e4ftsverkehr zu verarbeiten und zu ver\u00e4u\u00dfern. Verpf\u00e4ndungen und Sicherungs\u00fcbereignungen sind unzul\u00e4ssig.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li>Wird die Vorbehaltsware vom K\u00e4ufer verarbeitet, so wird vereinbart, dass die Verarbeitung im Namen und f\u00fcr Rechnung des Verk\u00e4ufers als Hersteller erfolgt und der Verk\u00e4ufer unmittelbar das Eigentum oder - wenn die Verarbeitung aus Stoffen mehrerer Eigent\u00fcmer erfolgt oder der Wert der verarbeiteten Sacheh\u00f6her ist als der Wert der Vorbehaltsware - das Miteigentum (Bruchteils-eigentum) an der neu geschaffenen Sache im Verh\u00e4ltnis des Werts der Vorbehaltsware zum Wert der neu geschaffenen Sache erwirbt.En caso de que el comprador no tenga ning\u00fan otro derecho de propiedad, el comprador ya ha adquirido su derecho de propiedad o, en su defecto, el derecho de voto. Wird die Vorbehaltsware mit anderen Sachen zu einer einheitlichen Sache verbunden oder untrennbar vermischt und ist eine der anderen Sachen als Hauptsache anzusehen, so \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt der Verk\u00e4ufer, soweit die Hauptsache ihm geh\u00f6rt, dem K\u00e4ufer anteilig das Miteigentum an der einheitlichen Sache in dem in Satz 1 genannten Verh\u00e4ltnis.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li>Im Fall der Weiterver\u00e4u\u00dferung der Vorbehaltsware tritt der K\u00e4ufer bereits jetzt sicherungshalber die hieraus entstehende Forderung gegen den Erwerber - bei Miteigentum des Verk\u00e4ufers an der Vorbehaltsware anteilig entsprechend dem Miteigentumsanteil - an den Verk\u00e4ufer ab.
