In addition to legally mandated access inspections, we also carry out regular inspections of materials and components. We also conduct client specific access inspections agreed and stipulated in the contract.
The re-stamping approval from the certifying body Inspecta allows Simatek to re-stamp material used for producing pressure resistant filters.
Our test facilities are equipped to test our products on various internal and external standards. This helps us ensure that our entire range of filter bags are high on quality, capacity and robustness.
Control measurements and visual inspections during production are part of Simatek’s standard quality control procedures. We also carry out control measurements for surface treatment of filters and filter components.
In addition to regular inspections and testing, a final inspection is carried out before a product leaves our facilities. This includes a FAT-test for process filters that customers are invited to participate in.
Customers are welcome to carry out additional controls, checks and on-site inspections themselves. These are pre-agreed with customers and included in the contract.
