In December 2020 we bought all intellectual property (IP) rights to FLSmidth’s Fabric Filter business and the entities in Denmark and India, to market and supply bag filters globally. As part of the transaction, we also became FLSmidth’s global supplier of fabric filters.
This means that SIMATEK engineer and supply the well-known FLSmidth Fabric Filters under the existing brands and names, UniClean™, PulseClean, DuoClean™ and FabriClean® as well as the SmartPulse Controller® and EVO control systems for the fabric filters. Fabric filters sold by FLSmidth to the Cement and Mining industries will be branded as ‘FLSmidth by SIMATEK’.”
Simatek is owned 100% by Ordyhna Holding A/S. In August Simatek moves its headquarters to Industrivej 3 in Sorø.
Anhydro Group divests companies, and the name is changed to the Ordyhna Group. The majority of shareholders run Simatek A/S and Dedert International in USA, as subsidiaries.
Ole Andersen becomes a shareholder of Simatek Holding A/S. Simatek is known nationally and internationally and is represented by sales offices in large parts of Europe.
Simatek Holding A/S decides to focus on the production of pulse-jet filters and sells the fitting and installation division, including 10 employees, to Søren Weensgaard who establishes Weensgaard & Co.
Simatek Asia is set up in Thailand, a sales office is established in the USA, and Simatek Holding A/S is registered as parent company with two subsidiaries; Simatek A/S and Simatek Engineering A/S.
Simatek is divided into two separate companies;
Simatek Holding A/S and
Simatek Bulk Systems A/S.
Simatek acquires Vikan Stålmontage, a fitting & installation company, including its entire customer base and staff.
Simatek acquires the property of Charlottevej 8 in Høng for the purpose of production and warehousing of continuous bucket elevators and rotary valves respectively.
Christian Andersen, son of Poul Andersen, joins the company and is, after a few years, appointed Sales Manager.
Simatek buys the premises and production machinery of Jerslev Maskinfabrik A/S, Stationsvej 3 in Jerslev.
Simatek acquires a product range of rotary valves and points from NP Christiansen, Glostrup.
End 1982 Palle Vig Andersen retires from Simatek to become self-employed.
Simatek acquires drawings and rights of Vetyfon filters from Jerslev Maskinfabrik A/S, rents the production facilities at Jerslev, and employs all members of the staff.
Poul Andersen acquires the property of Charlottevej 10 in Høng and Simatek moves to the new location.
Simatek acquires drawings and rights as well as production machinery of Nordskjold Møllerimaskiner (Milling Machinery).
Trade and installation company, established by Poul Andersen and Palle Vig Andersen, at Poul Andersens’ home address in Kalundborg.
